At The Preserved Stem, we aim to ensure your preserved floral arrangements arrive safely and promptly.

Local Delivery:

• Local delivery is available within a 10km radius of Happy Valley, South Australia.

• To select local delivery, this option must be chosen at checkout.

Local Pickup:

• Local pickup is available from Happy Valley, South Australia.

• To select local pickup, this option must be chosen at checkout.

Shipping:

• All other orders will be shipped via Australia Post.

• Orders will be dispatched within 2-3 business days of purchase.

• Once order has been dispatched you will receive a notification via email (if your correct email address has been provided at time of check out).

• Please see specific shipping instructions for larger arrangements and select the ‘large shipping option’ at the checkout for necessary orders.

Urgent Orders:

• If you require your order more urgently, please contact us directly before placing your order to discuss options.
