Your dried and preserved florals will come with care instructions. Simply keep your flowers inside, out of direct sunlight, humid, damp and harsh weather conditions and of course DO NOT water them. This will keep your florals looking fabulous and optimise their longevity.

Your dried and preserved flowers can last from 1 - 5 years, often even longer. This can depend on how well they are taken care of, the type of flowers used in your arrangement (eg preserved roses are quite delicate so typically don’t last as long as other flowers and foliage). We encourage you to keep your care card, which is attached to your arrangement, nearby so you can easily refer back to it at any time.

Cleaning your arrangements is so easy. To keep your flowers looking brand new for longer, every month or so, grab your hair dryer, pop it on the lowest setting and gently blow the dust off.

Hot tip - if you do this outside it will prevent any dust from creating a mess in your space.

We are so confident that your dried florals will arrive in incredible condition because we have spent years perfecting the packaging for our arrangements. Occasionally the odd petal or leaf may stray but rest assured this will not affect the overall look of your arrangement.

And if by some unlucky occurrence your flowers arrive damaged or looking far too dishevelled for our liking, please follow our returns policy guidelines and get in touch with us within 48 hours of receiving them and we will replace or refund you!
