Our Story

New Season, New Blooms, and a Big ‘Hello’ from Marlee!

Since October 2022, The Preserved Stem has been Jenna’s wild and wonderful floral adventure. Born in the beautiful chaos of raising three young kids (including twins!), Jenna turned her passion for dried stems into a beacon of colour that has styled hundreds of your homes, weddings, and businesses over the last 3.5 years.

In February 2026, Jenna decided it was time for her next chapter, passing the floral baton to someone who truly "gets it."

Meet Marlee! A fellow mum of three who was standing in the exact same shoes that started it all. After 17 years running a major homewares business in Adelaide, Marlee stepped away just before baby #3 arrived. But that creative itch didn't stay quiet for long! She was dreaming of a way to blend her love for home styling and customer service with the flexibility of mum-life—and then, the stars aligned with The Preserved Stem.

Marlee is officially our new Head ‘Make-Your-Vision-Come-To-Life’ Creator, bringing nearly two decades of design eye and a whole lot of heart to every arrangement.
