You dried and preserved florals will come with care instructions. Basically keep them out of direct sunlight, humidity/ damp conditions, and harsh weather and DO NOT water them. It is recommended that your flowers are kept inside.

Your dried and preserved flowers can last from 1 - 5 years, often even longer. It depends how well they are taken care of and what type of flowers are in your arrangement eg preserved roses are quite delicate so will not generally last as long as other flowers and foliage. Ensure you keep your care card which is attached to your arrangement so you can easily refer back to it.

So easy!! Grab your hair dryer, pop it on the lowest temperature and speed then blow the dust off. Even better if you can do this outside to prevent the dust from going through your space. It is recommended to do this every month or so to keep your flowers looking brand new for longer.

We are so confident that your dried florals will arrive in incredible condition because we have spent years perfecting the ideal packaging for each of our arrangements. Look there may be the odd petal which has fallen off, but this is normal and will not affect the look of your overall arrangement. However, if your flowers should arrived smashed, all over the shop or not how they should have, then send us a photo (ASAP like within a day or two) and we will replace or refund you!

Of course you can! You can leave your message at check out in the ‘Additional Notes’ box and we will write it on a piece of card… If you want a very special card, created by a very clever & talented local artist to go with your flowers, then they are available for purchase on the website. Add your message in the same box…we will then pop it on the very special card.
